    • Are 60 or older

    • Have a disability or serious health condition preventing safe snow removal

    • Have no one available to assist them

  • Application deadline: November 13, 2026 — “No Exceptions.”

  • New applicants need a brief certification from a licensed healthcare professional.

  • Service includes clearing the lip of the driveway and the walkway to the front or side entrance.
